Lebanon Travel Advisory On August 1, 2023

FCDO now additionally advises against all but essential travel to the Saida section of Highway 51 (Beirut-Saida highway and the Saida-Tyre Highway) between the permanent Lebanese security checkpoint at the Awali River and the bridge crossing at the Sayniq River and the Saida city road (starting at the junction between Takkeyeddine El Solh road and Courniche El Baher up until the Sanic Bridge) including the areas east of this road to the Ain el Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp.
